Nautical Retreat Cottage currently sleeps 10. 1 x queen bed, 1 x double bed with single bunk above, 2 x single beds, a double bunk and a trundle bed. Bedding requirements are essential when booking.
School and public holidays are based on South Australian and New South Wales dates.All bookings are subject to General Terms & Conditions. Tax invoice emailed/posted within 24 hours of deposit received.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PERIOD 23/12 TO 2/1 & EASTER LONG WEEKEND
$180.00 per night for up to 4 persons. add $15 per person over 4.
All long weekends are min. 3 nights unless avail. between bookings MIN. 3 NIGHTS ONLY DURING THIS PERIOD UNLESS VACANCY AVAIL. BETWEEN BOOKINGS
BOND:Payment by credit card is acceptable as bond otherwise bond is $50 up to 3 nights,$100.00 3- 6 nights, $150.00 7 & over nights (Insurance compliant);
The management reserves the right to deduct/ pursue costs from the bond relating to damages & or cleaning if premises are left unclean or damaged after use. All refunds will be issued by chq., unless credit card is used for payment, then refund would be via creditcard. Refunds are made within 3-4 days of vacating.
PET POLICY:$100.00 bond per pet plus Veterinary letter / certificate of up to date vaccinations. Vaccinations must be at least 14 days prior to entry. NO PET INSIDE PREMISES, HOUSING NOT SUPPLIED.
MINIMUM DEPOSIT $150.00.
Full payment 14 days before entry off peak/ 30days prior to entry at peak & all holiday periods.
All Christmas & Easter bookings must be paid in full 30days prior to entry
CANCELLATION FEES-$30 in peak periods with another booking secured, $20 if cancelled within 30 days unless another booking is secured.
WE PREFER DIRECT DEPOSIT and CREDIT CARD (VISA MASTERCARD BANKCARD AND AMERICAN EXPRESS) but accept Chq and money order. Personal chqs (Australian only) require 7 days clearance so final payment must be made 7 days earlier.
OVERSEAS GUESTS CAN PAY VIA AUSTRALIAN BANKERS DRAFT, TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER VIA TRAVEL X AGENT(fees paid by guest), OR CREDITCARD VIA PHONE OR PAYPAL.
